Marèa was born from a simple idea: Bari was missing short-stay homes that were truly cared for, with an identity, run by people who are present. So we started building them.
Marèa is a company specialised in holiday lets and short stays in Bari: today a collection of apartments chosen and cared for in the areas that matter — between the Central Station, the Murat district and the whitewashed alleys of Bari Vecchia. Homes that differ from one another, with a single thread in common: the way we keep them.
We handle everything in person: no agency, no call centre. Our guests’ reviews — coming from all over Europe, from Italy to Romania, from the UK to France — always say the same things: clean, well-kept homes, a handy location, and someone who answers quickly when needed. All our homes have self check-in: we send you the instructions to get in on your own, so you arrive whenever you like with no time constraints. We stay reachable for anything you need during your stay.
Is it better to book from the website rather than the portals?+
Yes. Booking directly with us you talk to the people who actually run the home, you avoid the portals’ fees and you get the best possible rate. No middlemen between you and your stay in Bari.
Are the apartments suitable for families with children?+
Absolutely. The homes are spacious and on request we provide a cot. We’re happy to help you pick the most comfortable place based on your group.

Every property is registered and holds a National Identification Code (CIN), as required by Italian short-stay regulations. You’ll find the codes on each apartment’s page.
Can I book for long stays?+
